Granny, who isn’t quite all there mentally, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now sprinting through the city to escape her pursuers. To avoid being caught and rehospitalized in a mental institution, she needs to cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straightjackets, but she also faces a series of challenging obstacles like sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hazards. As she hurries through the streets, she also collects gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
